Evaluation of the pre-analytical phase in the central laboratory at Mohammed VI University Hospital of Oujda

In addition to using the most up-to-date analytical technique, a thorough preparation phase must come first in order for biological examination results be reliable. The pre-analytical is this important step. We decided conduct prospective and descriptive study within central Laboratory department of Mohammed VI University Hospital Oujda with goal evaluating take action on primary causes nonconformity. course observing 310 samples, we found 214 instances nonconformities, which 62 had do prescription sheet, patient preparation, 31 equipment 37 sampling procedure, 22 waste management. Following identification these nonconformities hospital services under review, multitude corrective preventive measures were taken meet standards International Standard ISO15189 ensure best possible care.
